From daily commuting in Europe to years of competitive racing, he understands what it takes to keep a bike running reliably in any condition, delivering expert and convenient service right to your door.
Mark’s background blends real-world riding experience with advanced mechanical training, giving him a unique edge in bicycle repair. After years working in local bike shops throughout Marin, he expanded his technical skillset by completing a professional automotive apprenticeship with BMW in Germany, where precision, diagnostics, and reliability were non-negotiable. Living abroad also meant relying on a bicycle year-round for daily transportation, reinforcing the importance of durability and proper maintenance in all conditions.
With over a decade of competitive mountain bike racing, Mark understands performance from both a rider’s and technician’s perspective. That combination allows him to not only fix issues, but anticipate them, ensuring every bike is tuned for safety, efficiency, and longevity. Our standard tune-up covers everything your bike needs to stay safe and running smooth. We inspect and adjust brakes, gears, wheels, and key components while cleaning the drivetrain and lubricating the chain. It’s perfect for regular maintenance and everyday riders who want a reliable, dialed-in bike without the hassle.
Tune-Up
A deeper service designed for riders who put serious miles on their bike. This includes everything in the tune-up, plus full drivetrain cleaning, brake bleeding, and sealant replacement. It restores performance, improves longevity, and keeps your bike operating like new.
Annual Service
Our most comprehensive option for complete restoration and peak performance. We fully disassemble the bike, deep clean every component, true the wheels, and replace cables and housing where needed. Ideal for high-performance riders or bikes that need a full reset back to like-new condition.
